In-The-Middle Schools for me??

Hey all! I'm currently a junior and living in North Carolina, and I was wondering if anyone could suggest some good "match" schools for me. I already have my safety and a few reach, but only have one real match school UNCH - which is still difficult to get into. I'm interested in studying physics. Here is a brief summary of my stats:

Race: Multi-Racial
GPA: Unweighted 3.7 Weighted 4.3
Rank: Top 20% (I go to a very competitive school :()
ACT: 33 (35 Reading 33 Math)
SAT: 1990 (Probably won't send my score)
SAT II: Math II (780) Physics (720)
AP's: I will have taken ten AP classes come senior year. Waiting for my results from the four I took this year.
Extra Curriculurs: Key Club - 2 years, 70+ hours of community service from various clubs and classes, DECA - One Year, MSA - 4 Years (Leadership), BETA - One Year, STEM - Two Years, Youth and Government - One Year, Physics Club - Founder/President - One Year, Member of Physics Society

Any help is much appreciated :)

Oh, I'm also looking for schools near or under 40k for tuition.

case western–probably a reach

drake university-good “middle”
expand your horizons and read as much about you can about schools and visit as many schools as you can!

Virginia Tech

What other selection criteria do you have besides cost and physics? Do you want a tech school or prefer LACs or want a big state U experience? Do you want to be driving distance from home or in a certain part of the country or need ski slopes or hate cold weather (in other words, geographic constraints?). What about urban/suburban/rural-small college town?

There are many good schools for physics majors at around $40k, so we need some additional guidance if we aren’t going to just toss out random suggestions.

I would put Case Western at a match with a 33 ACT, not a reach. I’d also include Pittsburgh if you liked big urban schools, Va Tech for big rural schools or U Rochester if you like smaller research schools. All should be matches.
