I believe everyone can be understood and appreciated. But when my sister and I fight, understanding goes out the window and I resort to crude threats. It's as if I stop thinking when I'm forced to defend what's mine. I find it disturbing. But maybe that's just how people are.

When threatened, we resort to our primeval instincts- fight or flight.

Emotions can definitely serve as weaknesses.

They are natural though.
