<p>I just need some clarification on whether the $1,200 Dine In and $300 Bevo is PER SEMESTER or throughout the LONG SESSION (two semesters)?</p>
<p>Because if it's for the whole long sessions - that's ridiculous.</p>

<p>It's for the year-the housing cost is quoted as a yearly fee (two long semesters) and the dining portion is also for the year</p>

<p>No days off at UT for President's Day, Good Friday, etc., right? There are classes on President's Day in Feb, right, so all of the cafeterias are open as usual?</p>

<p>From the looks of my calculation $1500 Dine in Dollars alone will only do you good 2 meals (approx 7.50/day for 2 meals according to one of the locations as long as you use Dine in Dollars - it's cheaper) a day for 5 days (that's what I assume UT was going for when setting this up). </p>
<p>Subtracting that amount from the housing (varies) adds up to $600(other with community bath)-$800 (San Jac/Duren private bath) a month for your dorm room alone. </p>
<p>As far as adding on to the meal plan...you can add more Dine in Dollars and Bevo Bucks through your UT Direct account... there's no set "meals" though since you have to use their "Dine/Bevo currency".</p>
