Increasing SAT Scores

I'm currently in my junior year of high school and I'm planning on taking the SAT in February and in October of 2015. I took my first practice test today (the one in the free College Board SAT booklet) and here's my score breakdown:
Critical Reading: 740
Math: 640
Writing: 650

I'm better at higher-level math than I am with SAT math, so that aspect has been pretty challenging for me. Are there any prep books (aside from the blue book) or DVDs that you would recommend to strengthen my math and writing skills? (Particularly my math skills because I plan on taking the Math Level 2 subject test.)

Keep in mind, I don't really have time on my side seeing as I have 4 AP tests coming up and varsity swim practice nearly everyday, so I need a book that isn't too too lengthy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

For SAT math prep, you can go on khan academy and watch the videos there. Extremely helpful. There’s also a full practice test with most of the questions explained by video.
