Ok so I am down to three colleges and I can’t decide which to commit to. I am between University of Hartford, SUNY at Purchase College, and University of Delaware. I am majoring in art
any insight on my decision?!

SUNY Purchase is really good for art. Plus you get the benefit of being near the art scene in NYC. I don’t know much about the art programs at Hartford or U Delaware though.
Are you instate for any of them? How much of a factor is cost?
Have you had a chance to visit all three?
What are the costs??
Exactly how much which each school cost (tuition, room/board/fees) AFTER grants/scholarships? How much is your expected family contribution, and how much loans per year?
