<p>Deferred Annuity is basically when you start paying the money after a certain period of time. You don't start paying the installments immediately.So you say payment is deferred.</p>
<p>So let 'm' is the time it's deferred. n=time period you're paying installments.
So the total time your money is there is m+n.</p>
<p>m+1=deferred period mentioned in the question.

<p>times have changed merc. They've removed Boolean Algebra and Mathematical Induction and replaced it with commercial math :(</p>
