Indiana university and CU Boulder

Hi! My dream schools are CU Boulder and IU and they have been for a really long time, but I don’t exactly have the best grades and test scores. I have a 3.2 gpa with a 22 act. I am in a ton of extracurriculars that barley give me enough time to do anything besides school and those activities. I am a Michigan resident and go to the best public school in Michigan. I am applying to their psychology programs. I really want to go either one and I don’t know if I have a good chance or not! Please help! Thank you!

Boulder- High Match
Indiana- Reach

If you get your ACT up just a few points and write good essays Boulder is a definite match and Indiana could become a low reach/high match.

Drop every single one of them. They’ll lead you to OCC rather than a 4yr college. Colleges aren’t hiring employees; they’re there to teach students. You’ve tanked your GPA and ACT b/c you’ve been focused on the wrong thing.

Really – unless you’re working to earn money to live (which I doubt), you have no business chasing all the other resume padders at your school when your GPA is so low. Are you at the IA? You need to seriously speak w/your guid counselors and alter your path. You’re in serious trouble and you don’t even know it.
