I'm having a hard time deciding between these two universities because both of the offers are really great. IUB offered me direct admission to the Kelley School of Business but because I'm an International Student there's not financial aid. Bentley on the other hand made me a President's Scholar which means I'll get a one-half tuition scholarship. In the end, Bentley will be $10,000 cheaper than IUB. My family can afford the $47,000 for IUB but $10,000 is quite a big deal. I don't want to 'compromise my education' for the sake of the scholarship so basically what I'm asking is: Is IUB better than Bentley and if yes, is it worth paying the extra money?

bump…

I cannot speak to IUB’s reputation or quality of education as compared to Bentley (but, there are plenty of ranking sources that claim to do that for you.) I can tell you that Bentley is well respected, particularly in the Eastern U.S., with an excellent business acumen. The business program is both broad and deep in its coverage. However, you better be sure you want to study business, as their liberal arts programs are basically designed to augment a business education, and not stand on their own as a program.

The biggest difference between the two may be in student life, which is not a subject to dismiss.

Personal (biased) opinion: There is something to be said for a private education at a relatively smaller school with a very intimate feel, as compared to a large public research university.
