I'm currently in a top ten business school as undergrad, but i've heard from people that an industrial engineering degree teaches you most things in business with more practical skills.

i would like to work in business in the future, no set directions yet at all, but interest lies in finance or entrepreneurship.

Industrial engineering involves considerably more math and statistics and emphasizes areas like optimization of operations, processes, quality, and logistics, although some finance, economics, and management topics come into play.

You may want to compare the courses and curricula of each subject at your school.
