inequality in american society

to anyone who has ever taken this class, how's the teacher and what is talked about in that class? Is it interesting? Thanks!

the class is about social stratification and class conflict in contemporary US society. You’ll learn alot about the rich, the working class, the poor, the middle-class, the economy, class politics, etc, etc.

I took it with prof. hanneman (sp?) during fall quarter my freshman year. It’s a pretty easy class.I’m not sure if he still teaches that course, but if you have him your going to be taking weekly quizzes (he gives you the questions and answers ahead of time online, so this should be an easy 90-100% each week). His two midterms are similar to his weekly quizzes except that he mixes the questions and and answers up alittle. The only thing you have to be slightly concerned is the final research paper (which is a group paper). If you end up with a crappy group be prepared to do alot of the work.I think he curves the grades.
