<p>Has anyone received any emails/letters regarding Williams? When the school year starts, how orientation works, etc.? I haven't received anything and I'm a bit worried.</p>
<p>Also, I know a lot of people have asked this but I was reading **************.com (probably not a very good idea, heh) and the social reviews were all pretty negative. How WASPy is Williams really? When I visited my tour guide said that Williams did a really great job of integrating all kinds of students particularly for freshman entries, but she was on varsity track and everything so I'm not sure what that'll translate into for me.</p>
<p>I’ve only gotten medical forms to fill out. The letter was dated about 10 days after I sent in my deposit and I received it the day after (by mail, I’m one day from Williams). In the envelope there was a message that we would be receiving information in May.</p>

<p>Yeah I got those medical forms in the mail yesterday, too.</p>
<p>I loved how it said to send AP and IB scores to the Registrar’s Office or whatever and then at the bottom it said “put away your sharpened number 2 pencils”.
Oxymoron much?

If you do not have a haberdasher, do not worry, any rag will do.
Everyone leaves their top hat and tux at home.</p>
<p>Social life is what you make it.
The negative reviews reflect the opinions of those for whom Williams was a poor choice as against a proper fit. I assume you will do fine in attire and dress, short of your personal physical appearance and amiable demure.</p>
