<p>Hello. I plan on transferring to LSU from an out of state CC This coming fall semester with a 3.4 GPA. I am trying to get at least a 3.5 before my final transcript. I would just like to know if anyone have any information on how tough LSU petroleum engineering is and how heavily it is recruited compared to texas. I'm currently under the impression that going to LSU will make getting jobs/internships tougher because the Petroleum Engineer major is large. IF anyone have any information at all would be nice. Thank you.</p>
<p>I also would like to know about the tiger transfer scholarship and how much is given to the student. I looked at the LSU site and it says that a minimum of a 3.5 gpa is required but doesn't any more information.</p>
