I never listed in my application to the UCs what courses I am taking for the Spring Semester. I didn’t report them mainly because I had no idea what was going to happen to my schedule - issues with some courses that were only for a semester and only available at certain periods. But now that my schedule is set, I would like to tell each school what my courseload is, but how do I do it? Do I have to go to each admissions office individually, or can I just go through the main UC webpage?

I've been waiting for a confirmation of what I thought but I guess since it's been a couple of days I'll just post what I heard.

If you want to inform a UC of changes to a schedule you have to tell them in writing AKA send them a letter. Of course, I haven't done this yet since I'm not sure if that's what you do. So if someone does know exactly what to do, please tell us.

actually, i solved my own problem. hee!

I e-mailed the uc system, and they forwarded all of my changes to each uc i'm applying too. huzzah.

Wow. I always thought you had to hand write a letter.

Did you just include your UC id, the class you change and which campuses you applied to? I'll do this soon.

name, uc app number, course changes, and a list of the campuses I'm applying to.

what email address did you send it to?

the one listed under contact the UC system on their website. the one regarding admissions questions.

is it too late to tell them of the schedule change? 2nd semster started 3 weeks ago but i was really busy with a new job i got.

Do it now. There's nothing else you can do about it seeing as decisions come out NEXT month which is in like 3 days.
