Is a Information technology degree a good degree to get for jobs and pay? And then do a Master’s in computer science?
What kind of work are you interested in for your career (if you know)? What school would this degree be at? What kind of curriculum would this information technology degree feature?
If you’re going for an end goal of CS as your masters, you should do a CS bachelor’s pending odd circumstances.
It’s a fine degree, but the daily work of CS vs IT/IS is very different.
Its a good degree to get. Just make sure you got some internships and certifications before you graduate.
Thats where alot of people mess up, they dont do that and then wonder why they’re unemployed upon graduating.
And don’t listen to bs that people spew. If its in your heart then go for the I.T degree.
