The university in which I am matriculating does not offer exceptional online educational alternatives. However, a neighboring university has a superior online educational program. Is it possible to be enrolled full-time at my primary institution, yet take several courses (online) at the neighboring university?

Would it be possible? Maybe. Would it be smart? Probably not. If you wipe out in the courses at your own U or at the neighboring one because of bad time management, those bad grades would still be permanently on your academic record.

If the neighboring U offers something that you feel would be particularly useful for your degree program, print out the information about it, and show it to your advisor so you can get specific advice about whether to enroll or not.
