Insight on Expecting a Decision?

Does anyone think that it would be realistic of me to expect a decision in the next few admission notification dates? I submitted my app 10/30 and it was marked complete 11/1. I applied ED and based on previous years’s threads of acceptances I would say that I fall right into Tulane’s sweet spot (3.7 UW, 1430/31 SAT/ACT) and based on said threads, a lot of people within this range heard back in as little as 4 days from their app being marked complete. I am from CT and visited campus this fall, attended an info session, did the ED interview, and have emailed my AO multiple times. I know that it’s a little unrealistic, let alone unfair for someone like me who submitted right before the deadline to find out so quickly, but Tulane is the only school on my list of 12 that I would actually be excited to attend next fall, let alone not mind shelling 67k+ out of pocket a year for. My second choice is the same price and I cringe at the thought of having to pay the same amount of money for that school. Can someone please offer some insight or advice to soothe my ever increasing anxiety?

@NYCpls keep in mind that applications are not read in the order they are received. You, technically, could have applied on the deadline but could hear back before someone who applied before the deadline. Keep in mind that all ED applicants will hear no later than December 15, which isn’t that far away. Don’t stress out.
