<p>No, they get charged extra. 
(JK) UT doesn’t give waivers, except to a very few top, top OOSers.</p>
<p>Well, they actually do have agreements with certain government agencies… for example, if your parents work at Sandia National Labs in New Mexico, you pay in-state tuition at UT. But I don’t think there’s anything for Oklahoma, no.</p>
<p>Thanks for your responses. I didn’t think they did and couldn’t find anything on the UT website that said they did but my brother in law which lives in Dallas and works at TI said they had some kind of agreement with OK residents for instate tuition. Thanks again.</p>
