Hello guys!
I am a non US citizen, Non US resident
I am from Korea
I have been attending Texas private school for since 8th grade.
In the In-State rule, it saids that I have to stay the final consecutive12month in Texas, before applying.
However, every summer, for 2month, I go out to Korea.
I have seen kids like me getting a instate tuition, and UT actually said that summer vacations would be fine(Sent a email to the admission).
But I am also hearing that it is random who gets instate, and my parents said they have heard about people rejected from instate for going out to summer.
Any one who has been in similar situation here? or know about these stuff?
