MM..I have written some post here, but now i want to know some informations. I am an international student, and I'm 16. So i'm doing the third year of high school and maybe a i will apply to college on september 2011. I'm not a mother tongue, so i should do a course for TOEFL, and I should study much.
When should I start to study? I have to do SAT, TOEFL, SAT II math II, physics and another Subject test.
I think that next summer i should start, an year and half before taking exams, rights?
What do you suggest me?
I will start my toefl course next school-year on sempteber 2010.
Which books should I get?
People say that barrons for Math II is very good, but I have no idea for physics and SAT.

Do you want to apply to colleges in september 2011 or do you mean you’re going to enter in semptember 2011? If the latter is true most probably the last date you can take SAT exams is December 2010.

Do you graduate from high school at fifth year?

The way I see it, before going for the standardized tests (ACT, SAT I & II, etc) you should gain a basic grasp of English understanding. One thing is to know English or Math and another is to understand Math in english (lol).

My piece of advice is to start familiarizing yourself with English starting NOW. Spend time reading English materials (online articles, news, books, etc.) so you can develop understanding and form. Forums and chatting or anything similar helps to being expressive but do not rely on those for correct spelling/grammar.

Do not study English just for the TOEFL, learn English and make it part of yourself so you can adapt to English-speaking environments.

-Source: I’m a Chinese-LatinAmerican that learned English merely through online socializing. And improved on form with school lessons.
My best wishes.

Yes, when we finish high school, we are 19.
I know the important is to get good skills with english, math isn’t a problem; I am worried about physic and the third Subject Test, maybe Biology but I am not sure. Whe could I take SAT and SAT II?
