"Intended Major"

<p>Here's a question:
At NU, when you submit the app w/ an "intended major" or whatever they call it under the Academic Interests question, you have to specify what school it's from. If you change your mind once you're there, do you have to pick another major within that school or can you transfer between them (i.e., if you specify Arts and Sciences on the original app, can you transfer to the School of Engineering later?) </p>

<p>I'm pretty sure you can transfer between them once you're there (you'll probably just have to go through some sort of applicatino process). I think certain schools are harder to transfer into than others (such as Medill). Don't quote me on it though.</p>
