So before I even knew that I had been accepted to Sacramento State and accidentally somehow intended to enroll, I know its pretty dumb how someone could even do that but oh well. Anyways I could just call them to ask them to change that decision but I haven’t gotten replies from the other 2 colleges I had applied to. So I don’t want to call them back quite yet
BASICALLY
I was wondering if other colleges can see that I intended to enroll, and if they would still give me a reply with that knowledge.
I’m sorry, I’m not sure I understand.
Did you apply Early Decision, and were accepted? If so, then it’s my understanding that you have committed yourself to attending.
Or did you accept a “regular” acceptance? If so, then it’s my understanding that it’s not binding.
@bjkmom: Sac State has no ED. OP was probably looking through the portal and accidentally clicked the intent to enroll tab.
@Thayah: Usually after you submit your intent to enroll they ask for a deposit. Did you pay this yet? Until you pay the deposit, you are not obligated from my understanding. I would admissions if you haven’t received an answer to clarify.
No - there is no master data-base that would tell College A you’ve accepted @ College B.
Since you may well end up going there - I’d leave it alone for now. You need to send them money to really commit.
