Thanks for adding me to the list, MHG!

Though its really aggravating me that DHL has still not delivered by package... :(

wow serene, you got accepted?! congrats! you know how much this means to me? :)
haven't had a package, so...am losing hope slowly now...

Join the club. I would've preferred for international decisions to be sent either all through regular mail or all through DHL. But having that weird that "if nothing arrives today, that probably means I was rejected" is just awful.

sigh...i've resigned already. if somehow a guy showed up at my doorstep saying they missent my package to another end of the world, that'll be sweet. but for now i'll just try to get MIT out of my mind.

alyssa09 - what's your 2nd choice of college? Cheer up!!! Maybe when April 1 comes you'll be so happy!

me? harvard. which is a utopian dream...
i just hope i don't get reject in all the 8 schools i filed. sob
i envy you singaporeans...

um...isn't the list going to grow?

hey mithopeful, could you please give us ur STATS?
I guess ur hope has materialized into reality!!!
Congrats!!

mithopeful's stats can be summarized into one acronym: RSI :p
That speaks volumes about her app's strength.

erps... nonono guys... there are seriously ppl with RSI who have been rejected... (there was one example this year for singapore).. so RSI is not a guarantee...

I guess I'm just really keen on going to MIT, and I really like science and math - and I had a nice interview=)

Getting rejected with RSI is about as probable as getting accepted without it.

Note that technically I am domestic, not international. I just live abroad. :)

hey everybody.. i hope april brings good news for everyone whos applied to colleges.. i got my letter yesterday.cant tell u how great it feels..
i really ddint expect an acceptance.. i mean, im a non science student wid low SAT IIs and a 1410 (i retook n got a 1500 but mit never knew)
well...i guess its all about luck then!!
i really need to get in tuch wid intls who got in.. do add me on msn laila_shabir86@hotmail.com
chao n gluck!

Congrats Laila!

mercurysquad, did you get in btw? For internationals, RSI is not a guarantee at all. There have been quite a few international RSI participants who didn't get into MIT.
