international aid, help fast!

I've applied to Northwestern University, and applied for need based aid. I know it's really hard.

My parents can't pay anything. NU says they won't admitt students they cannot fund. On my CSS profile it says my parents can't pay anything and that I only have a small government fund. This will probably hurt me alot. need 50.000 will probably not get me admitted. But thats not really the case. I can take a loan for almost 25.000 a year from my government + around 3000 in funds each year.. I've metioned the government fund of 3000 in my CSS profile.. but not the loan.. Should I send an email explaining this?

International aid from NU, does it inclued just(mostly) grants or loan too?
Can I really loan money from the school as an international student without an american co-signer?

Wait until you hear from NU.

You absolutely DO NOT want to graduate with a debt of USD 100,000.

You need to go to a college/university that you can afford. If NU gives you enough aid so that you can afford to go there, well then go there. Otherwise, find a different place to study. NU is not the only university on the planet.
