I am an applicant from India to Williams '14. I am pretty confident about my academic record, essays and ECs. My ONLY concern are my SAT scores. I have a 2180 (720 CR, 750 M and 710 Reading) and an appalling 1400/1600 (690-BIO M and 710 Math II). In case they like me overall, will my SAT scores prove to be the detrimental factor? I understand it falls rather below the median, but to put it bluntly, are they very very low?

Hi, I’m from India as well. Let me get me decision and I’ll revert back to you :P

Although since they are no longer need-blind, I doubt that I’ll get in.

You should at least try to raise your SAT II scores, if not SAT I.

^I don’t think MTAN92 can try to raise them since it’s almost decision time.

To the OP, they aren’t “very very low” but again, there’s nothing you can do now. They probably have made most if not all of the decisions.

Oh, I didn’t realize that you said 2014 and not 2015.
Sorry :)
