I would really really love to be admitted to Rice University but I'm not sure my chances are high enough to even dream about it. Please Help!

So, I moved to the United States last year (in 2012 actually, but I mean last school year). I was a sophomore then. (I skipped my junior year, that's why I'm graduating this year) I had no clue what the IB, Pre- IB, AP, PSAT, and SAT abbreviations stood for, and the staff at my high school were the least supportive, and gave me the least possible information! (I'm just saying this so you won't judge me for taking 4 regular and 4 Pre-IB classes last year).

So, after the first semester was over and I had started to speak English, I realized that all the classes I had taken as a freshman in my own country in a very challenging high school (with a 16% acceptance rate), were also considered regular and basically screwed up my high school GPA forever. :((

I took the SAT twice and got 2010 (CR: 570, M: 750, W: 690) and 1990 (CR: 610, M: 690, W: 690) on them. my super-score is 2050. My SAT II scores are: Biology/M: 690, Math II: 670. My GPA is 4.26, and I'm in the top 15% of my graduating class. I've also taken the TOEFL and got a 114/120 on it.
I'm a member of three clubs at my high school and a member of National Society of High School Scholars (NSHSS) and the National Honor Society. I am the founder and the president of HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America) in my high school as well.

I've volunteered in two hospitals and a language school for the past two years. I'm fluent in three languages (including English) and I'm currently learning two more in school.

What do you think my chances are? and please be honest... it won't hurt me :D
