I would like to know if international students have already received replies so I can estimate because I haven't heard anything yet and I stupidly forgot my login information for the status check. I don't really know what to do about it. Do I make an international call to the U to ask them to reset my login info?

I'm not an international student, but I'm applying "internationally"...if you get what i mean. I'm an American, but I'm studying abroad...
Anyway, I still haven't received a decision and its been over 10 weeks. I called UMN about a week ago and they said i should get a decision within the next 2 weeks. I think they leave international applicants last or something, because my in-state friend applied two weeks after me and got her acceptance a month ago!
If the country you live in has slow mail (like where i live) call UMN and ask them to send any letters via email. That's what i did, because any mail that's sent out won't get here for weeks if not months. Good luck!

Thanks for the reply! I'll try giving them a call. Thanks!

Well in fact they are using Email as the primary method of communication~~
And the first mail u will receive would be a decision(postpone/ad/rej)
You can see your decision online if u r in. and They will send you two emails.
one form the UG admissions and another from the college.
So even without the login info. u can receive ur decision on the instant they made it(maybe a 24-hour delay:))

Update: I got my acceptance to CBS yesterday! Exactly 11 weeks and 2 days after sending in my stuff. So don't worry, it seems like they just need a bit more time with int'l applicants...you should hear something soon!

Thanks for the replies! Good to know that I don't need the login info to find out about the decision.

And congrats norabelle! I hope I hear something really soon as well. Getting a little nervous.

i was a nervous wreck, lol, but all for nothing. dont worry!
I found out from my status check though, they never sent me an email (although i asked them too). I think you should reset your details or call them about resetting them. You never know, what if you got accepted already?

Ah, very good point. I'm just a little apprehensive about making an international call to them. But I guess I'd do it to ease my nerves since it has been rather long. Haha thanks!

Okay, just an update, I've managed to reset my login information through email. My status check says 'we are currently reviewing your application'. Argh!

have you heard anything new shadowedd?

I am also an international student. I received my acceptance to CSOM quite early (like after I completed my application a month or so). You should expect the news soon.

I am an international transfer applicant applied in early January, and they are still reviewing my application. Hope I can hear their reply soon.

Nope, no news yet! I am checking status check obsessively but it's still under review apparently.
