So I was lurking this board and I came across an International Business thread and from what I was reading, I was given the impression that the IB major is considered useless? I mean, the logic makes sense, as it will obviously be tough to get a job dealing with International businesses coming straight out of an International Business undergrad program, but what if you paired with another major? I'm going to the University of Georgia in the fall, and the Terry Business School has a cool comajor program that would let me major in both IB and Finance and be able to graduate within 4 years. After that, I plan on going to Law school, and completing a JD/MBA joint degree in 4 years. That's the plan for right now, of course all of this could change, but as of right now, this is what I plan on doing. So I want to know, would doing all of this give me good employment opportunities after graduating law school? My dream is to be a corporate lawyer for a firm that deals with other firms on an International scale. Do you think this would be a feasible job for me? Be brutally honest, I don't want to end up wasting my time.

Oh and for Law schools, I would love to go to like Stanford, Columbia, Harvard, etc. But a lot depends on money, as I don't want to have to pay off 200k+ in student loans. Sure a law degree from one of those schools could get me a job anywhere, but I am perfectly fine with getting a solid job in GA while only having around 50k in student loans after going to a law school like UGA or GSU.

Thanks in advance for all the help, guys!
