Does anyone know anything about this particular major? is it worth taking? Is it fun? i heard that it'd be smart to minor in something i can specialize in to make finding a job easier, is this true? If so, would a communication minor, such as journalism, suffice? Or would it be better if i just minored in some type of business such as accounting or whatever?

International business isn’t a strong major by itself. I’d recommend majoring in something else along with it, preferably something more quantitative than theoretical.

International business is generally a basis business administration major with an international focus. As a result of that, it’s a little bit here and a little bit there, so that’s why I suggest you also major (at the BARE minimum, minor) in something of focus, such as accounting, finance, or maybe SCM in order to have a more select skill set when looking for jobs.

Keep in mind you’ll also need to take a number of languages classes, which can vary depending on your school.

So double major in International Business and something else like Accounting?
