<p>I live on the other side of the world from Pittsburgh in South East Asia. I found out Dec.11 that I was accepted to CMU from the Where Am I in the Process page. However, it has been almost 5 weeks and I haven't received my letter yet. I know it's supposed to take a long time for international applicants to receive their letter but exactly HOW LONG?</p>

<p>I would say keep waiting, maybe it got stuck in customs or something. Plus they didn’t really send that much in the acceptance letter for me, they only send out the important stuff (financial aid, dorm choices) in april i think.</p>

<p>Yes. I received mine on the 30th Dec. Even i would recommend you to call CMU for the letter. And i would REALLY advise you to do it ASAP. Because the deadline for submitting some documents to CMU is 1st Feb. These are documents like enrollment fee (pretty important). Call them asap. Good luck.</p>
