International fin aid question

well i am not applying for fin aid, should i send in the ISFAA??if i dont will they assume i dont want or will they think that i dont care etc??

bump.........

if you are not applying for financial aid why would you send it in? if you need financial aid you should apply for it.

in other schools u have to send it anyway.this is not true for the U Chicago?

no. applying for intl finaid significantly reduces your chances of being accepted, so applying for it when you don't need it wouldn't make sense. the website expressly states:

"Applying for financial aid places you in an extremely competitive applicant pool. We therefore advise you to apply for financial aid only if you do not have the resources to fund your education."

so you're good.

so in order to be sure, i do not have to send in any info about my assets income etc because i am not applying for fin aid??should i send these things in even if i am not applying??

you would only send in these things IF or when you are accepted and need financial proof for the student visa process.
