could get one from the editor of the newspaper (or someone junior ).

i plan to apply to amherst, darthmouth, harvard and yale(#1 choice).

do i even stand a chance at these places?
any last minute suggestions that might help my chances ?
please help. i fell overwhelmed and lost with no inputs as no one in my family has ever stepped out of their towns and cities to study, let alone country.

Your academic and EC profile dose not look very strong. I’d say:
Yale :No
Harvard: NO!
Dartmouth and Amherst: Maybe if your essay is kickass and you can somehow “show” your academic profile to be stronger!

I do not mean to be harsh but, that’s the truth. Live with it baby!

“cumulative high school % : 83% (math,phy , chem , english and french)”

Are those all of your classes or only the most important ones? Since 5 subjects are not really that many…
