I was hoping for more as well, but I can’t say that I am not satisfied. For context, last year the highest scholarship given out was 12k/year and the average scholarship given out was 5.5k/year. So it’s pretty decent.
I want to commit, but my parents want to wait for a few other universities. So I guess I’ll wait.
Really? I thought they might’ve given out full tuition ones too… I guess those are very rare then. And I’ll be waiting too. I really hope something better comes along.
Yeah. Full tuition is advertised but I guess it’s only theoretically possible.
I do think UB is my best choice though, but my dad wants to wait for an offer from these top Pakistani universities he made me apply to, lol. They’re pretty much reach schools for me, but I guess it won’t hurt to wait.

@nine6s I seee. I thought u were talking abt other US colleges. I had to give up my favorite national university when my parents decided to send me abroad. Well, best of luck with them! And I’m gonna be waiting till April too to hear back from all applied schools.
@tahirahmed19 ACT 32 and GPA 4.0. I was in my high school marching band for 4 yrs and did sailing for 1 summer. I dont really have internship or volunteering experiences because there aren’t that available in my country.
Does anyone know at what time are International Student Scholarship awards announced today? Also, does EVERYONE get a notification, no matter if they did or did not get the scholarship?
