Using the College MatchMaker by CB, and the list of top IR programs by Foreign Policy, I have narrowed down my list to this:

American University
George Washington University
Georgetown University
Tufts University
Johns Hopkins University

Do you think I stand a chance of getting into any of these colleges?

Your GPA and expected SAT score are way too low for Georgetown, JHU, and Tufts. Way too low. You stand a chance at GWU and American.

GWU and American are possible. You should consider doing some prep for the SAT. Keep in mind if you would be applying as an international student there probably will not be financial aid.

His GPA is not way too low for those schools, but his scores are. Keep in mind he said unweighted.

That being said, as of now those three are reaches.
