Me again. :] So, obviously I am an international student and I have missed the registration deadlines. I understand that my only option is to take the SAT as a Standby tester. Is that possible for international students? Has, by any chance, someone standby-tested in the International School of Amsterdam? Do I get the necessary forms from there?

well I’m an international student and I did stand-by testing in January and it wasn’t a problem, though i’m not from Amsterdam but I assume the same procedure holds true. You do need to get a stand-by registration form and fill it out, and you’d have to go to your selected testing center and ask for this form.

Its basically the same online registration form except on a paper

Yes, It’s possible for international students. In my country I saw students registering standby, but I don’t know about yours though. But I think you will be fine.
