international student--AM I SCREWED?

I transferred from a middle school in China to a high school in U.S, and I have been using my English first name since then as that will make my life easier. That name is self made-up and only the school knows that name. But I made a mistake and took my PSAT exam and some academic competitions with my English name, which is quite different from the name I will use to apply for college (the name on my passport). I didn't notice this before, and now I'm a little worried about it.

Has anyone had experience dealing with this? Please give me some advice. Thanks a lot.

College applications generally ask you to give any other names that may be used on your records. You’ll be fine, don’t worry.

Unless your English name is super duper common.

Like John Kim or Jessica Wu or something like that. In which case it would be very suspect since lots of people who did amazing things could have that same name, and they wouldn’t be able to tell if it was you or not.

Thank you guys.
