International Student applying to an IVY(Top) League University

Hello
I am from Honduras, and I graduated a few weeks ago from my High school. I have both the US High School Diploma and the Honduran Diploma. My class rank is within the top 3(from a graduating class of 99). My GPA is 4.97(Unweighed). I have took two AP courses (they were the only ones offer by my school). I am about to start college in the University of my country. My first SAT grade was of 980, my second SAT was 1210 and I expect to get a 1500 in my next SAT.

I speak three languages, I participated in three sports thew out my high school career (Basketball, Chess, Track and Field), I was part of the math team in my school. I played the saxophone in my school Band. Since 8th grade I take saxophone lessons in the National School of music of my country, and I also took some piano lessons. I took a Dale Carnegie course in 8th grade. I was part of a summer orchestra in the National School of Music. I was part of an AP Calculus class, and a Advanced Math Precalculus class. I have like between 300-400 hours of community service, and I am currently doing my own project for giving some donation to an poor school. I am in a ministry in my church, and I also write in the blog of my church that it also posts some articles of the blog in the church newspaper. I was also part of a Catholic Church group. I am about to start a mechatronic course this summer. I was part of an environmental group in my school. I also was an actor in a movie that my school made. I have also several awards in all of this things.

My family is going threw some troubles right now financially. I come from one of the poorest countries in the western hemisphere ,and the country that has been dominated several times as the country with the highest murder rate. I come from a bilingual school that is currently dominated as one of the best in my country, and it is also accredited internationally.

I am also worry that I send my second SAT grades to four of the Ivy league schools that I am going to apply. I am going to study electrical engineering ¿Do I have a good chance of getting to top University in the United States?

sorry, 3.97(unweighted)
