I think your scores and classes will be fine, but your EC’s are a little bit weak. That would be the only thing that held you back, but as long as your essays and recs were really good you have a good chance!

sorry mate, I don’t really have examples of Penn admitted students around me. However, your act and ec look great; I don’t think your aps should be a problem judging from the lack of APs your school offers and the fact that none of them match your major. Besides, my counselor tole me that schools don’t really require APs for submission, which indicate that they don’t base their admission too heavily on APs. I think you stand a good chance.
