<p>Hi everybody!</p>

<p>I am actually in the USA for a year as a Foreign Exchange Student in WV. My home country is France. I decided to apply for different colleges like HYPSC, NYU, W&L and Mcgill (in canada). I would like to know, if according to you, i could be accepted in one of them</p>

<li>GPA in america: 4.145/4.145 (Straight A's even in English 101 and calculus)</li>
<li>1' of my high school in America over 175 students</li>
<li>Speak English/French/Spanish Fluently</li>
<li>SAT (january) : 1840 (CR: 580; M:680; W:620)</li>
<li>SAT II chemistry : 670</li>
<li>SAT II Math II : 580</li>
<li>TOEFL: 102/120</li>
<li>Letters of recommendation PERFECT (I saw them .. and they describe me like the best student ever)</li>
<li><p>Letter of Recommendation from the Governor of WV</p></li>
<li><p>3rd best archer in France in 2009</p></li>
<li><p>Manager of the basket ball team of my USA high school</p></li>
<li><p>Excellent interview with P, Y, W&L</p></li>
<li><p>Good interview with H</p></li>
</ul>

<p>Do you have some safeties? A 1840 SAT is too low for the schools you listed.</p>

<p>Sorry, “Letter of Recommendation from the Governor of WV”? This is the kind of thing that makes me not read CC. How can you get a rec letter from the goddamn governor as a high school student? Like how does that thing even happen? I’m sure if I sent a request to my mayor it would get shredded.</p>

<p>I job-shaddow the governor and he told me that I was an example for the kids of WV and he will support me with a letter of recommendation … Good idea to send this kind of recommendation ? </p>
