SAT I math score: great (vassar mean last yr was 690)
SAT I verbal score: below the avg (700) but ur math score kinda overshadows that... send a good writing sample and it could help. or if u have the time, you could retake to improve the score.

SAT II scores: all look good, except for writing... writing sample can help this as well...

TOEFL great

Rank/GPA/Secondary school stuff - great

ur doing ED, ur a guy and ur from eastern europe. i would say those are advantages. if ur committed to the ECs, it should be fine. try to get an interview (i am trying as well). remember vassar isn't need blind for internationals... so ur need will be taken into account. write strong essay... i think you have a really good chance.

hope so :) i know that it says on the website or somewhere that around 500 internationals apply to vassar every year and around 50 of them get in with aid. that's a 10% acceptance rate for internationals...

hope it helps... which country r u from, btw? and do u have any idea what u'll send for the "your space" thing?

surely we are not the only ones applying ED... why is the vassar thread so devoid of all the ED excitement/frustration? i wish i could get to know some more ED applicants so we could all wait together for our decisions.

I'm also an International Student... I'm from Sweden though =). Your verbal score on the SATs really isn't bad at all. (I have a 560... yeah! wohoo... not). Everything else looks good! Respect for 800 on physics. I won't tell you mine. Good luck.
