International student Help!

Hi, I’m an International student from the Caribbean and I recently received my SAT scores, and they are as follows:

Combined: 1850/2400
Math: 610
CR: 570
Writing: 670

GPA: 3.7/4.0 unweighted

I also did two subj. tests in Bio (650) and Chemistry (670)

My question is do you think that I can get into BU with these scores?

PS. I’m apart of my school’s Varsity Swimming team(2 years) and I am the president of my school’s science club (2 years)

ok lets try this again Bump!!

I don’t really understand this new SAT system but your SAT seems to be slightly below a family member of mine and your grades are much higher than hers. She had sports but no other extracurriculars. She was able to go through the college of General Studies. If you are really intent on going to BU, I’d suggest that. I have to warn you though that the first two years are required classes on random subjects and the third and fourth year were all major requirements so in the end there was almost no room to explore different classes and think about what she wanted to major in.

If you are REALLY passionate about something and you feel 95% sure you want to major in it (not to mention you can get some financial aid, BU is expensive), I’d suggest this route because it is a very easy way to get into BU. There is a chance that you could get in to one of their other schools though.
