So my daughter just got accepted to Northeastern from the UK in the undergrad business school. She wants to have a US college experience not just be with overseas students. She has been a US camp junior counselor and loved it.
Any tips on accommodation and whether you should go with other business major students or into the fusion dorms?
@uknewnenglanddad If you are from the UK you are probably going to be able to transition in without the fusion dorm LLC. Since there shouldn’t be too much culture shock I think it would probably be easier for her to get acquainted with other business majors so she can meet people who will be in her classes and who might have more similar interests. I don’t think you can really go wrong either way but I think I see more advantages to a business LLC.
If she has an English accent, all the US students will flock to her. Lol. I doubt she’ll have a problem making American friends!
