lol
fellow Canadian here!
you gave me the feeling that you are from BC?

i'm from Ontario =)

entomology...CSI Much or you just like bugs?

i think you have great chances anywhere! your SATs definitely put you in the best pool =P

haha, no i come from the texas of the north.

entomology is just one of those random, inexplicable hobbies/interests i have.

i don't know how much my SAT's will do for me if i'm an international who needs aid- isn't it the most competitive pool in the world?

Canadians aren't considered as internationals.
But awesome chance everywhere except for Dartmouth and Williams (can go either way).

are we not? i thought that if we don't have american citizenship or residence, we are considered internationals

I am quite sure that any applicant without US citizenship/ US permanent residence is an international. I don't think any of these schools offer need-blind financial aid to non-US citizens. Thus, your ability to pay plays a large factor in the admissions decision.

Cornell and Williams are need-blind for Canadians, and a girl from my school last year got a semi-full-ride at Dartmouth, so i think they're more generous.

i'm definitely hoping that brown places more emphasis on me rather than my family's money!
