International student under british system needs your help.

Hello everyone, I'm an international student currently doing A levels and I'd like to get some ideas of what my chances are in terms of admission.
Basically a bit of background info I left school after my IGCSEs and decided to self teach myself the AS+A level curriculum.
IGCSE grades:
French A*
English A*
History B
Travel and Tourism B
Business A
Economics B
ICT C

I'm also planning to take IGCSE math this november and I'm pretty confident of getting an A/A*.

My AS subjects are English lang,History,Sociology,Economics.
I will most probably get AAAB hoping for AAAA tho.

I'll continue Sociology,Economics and History A levels and should sit the exam May 2012.
I'm almost certain of getting AAA while hoping for AAA of course.

Now onto my questions.

With a SAT score of 2200+
and 2 SAT subject tests with near perfect scores what are my chances of getting into:
(I'm majoring in Political Science)

1 Harvard University
2 Stanford University
3 University of Michigan- Ann Arbor
4 Princeton University
5 University of California - Berkeley
6 Yale University
7 University of California- San Diego
8 Duke University
9 University of Chicago
10 Columbia University
11 Massachusetts Institute of Technology
12 University of California - Los Angeles
13 Ohio State University
14 University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill
15 University of Rochester
16 University of Wisconsin
17 Washington University in St Louis
18 Cornell University
19 New York University
20 University of Minnesota
21 Northwestern University
22 Michigan State University
23 Texas A&M University-College Station
24 University of Illinois-Urbana-Champaign
25 Indiana University-Bloomington

I'm not too optimistic about Harvard,Princeton and Stanford but why not?
Anyway I'm applying to all 25 of them.
Ideally I'd like to join UCLA/Columbia but I don't really have any preference besides that.
I should also add that I require no financial aid whatsoever and will be paying my fees in full through a full national scholarship.

Do you think it's advisable that I take IGCSE Biology to diversify myself as a candidate?

Furthermore I do not have a glorious record of extra curricular activities, I've played handball professionally at the junior level for a few years,I have voluntered during the Doha 2006 Asian Games.I also volunteer for 5 or so hours every week at a local animal shelter. I play 8 ball pool at the amateur level league.

My last but not least question is that I'll have my AS results in August 2011and my SAT results before November/December hopefully however I will not have my A level results or my IGCSE math result until the following August.Should my private tutor write my predicted grades somewhere in my applications?
Is there any such dedicated area for international home schooled student?

Thank you very much.

I know it's a long read but your help is immensly appreciated.
