<p>Hi, I recently found out Im ineligible to play division one soccer. I am from Australia and finished school in November last year, graduating with sufficient core courses. However I repeated year 11 in year 2009 and 2010. The only reason for this was to gain access to better education opportunities in the city (I lived in the country), and because I moved to a different state, they had a whole new eduacation system which then required me to repeat a year of school. Can someone give me some feedback as to whether the NCAA may waive this? What are my chances?? Please anything would help, its very confusing being an international student trying to understand all the little requirements which stem from the USA educational system. Obviously me repeating a year had nothing to do with me trying to play college sport.</p>
<p>I think your best bet is to call the NCAA directly and talk to them about your specific situation. The NCAA has many rules and they can often be confusing. Since you have such specific questions, your better off going to the source directly.</p>
