Hey guys,
I am international student from Bulgaria and I am going to start my undergraduate degree this fall.As I don`t feel like leaving the country now, I am considering going to the American University in Bulgaria (AUBG), which is recognized as one of the best universities in Eastern Europe, and offers me full tuition scholarship due to my SAT score of 2000.Please note, that I could actually achieved much more 2100-50 and I am not proud with my score, but apparently AUBG appreciates it and offers me that scholarship.

My final goal is to attend a law school in the USA, particularly a top 15 one.I know that entry requirements are pretty high but I believe I can handle them. There is one thing I am worried about - FINANCING .

My parents will only be able to pay about 30-35 000 $ per year, and you know that top law schools charge twice that amount each year. Moreover, the fees are likely to increase in 4 years.I would like to know if US Law Schools offer Financial Aid or loans to international students.I guess I will be able to attain ~~4.00 at AUBG, since I have been academically perfect all my life.I am also planning on majoring in International relations and Political science, if that matters. One thing that motivates me to go to AUBG is that it offers scholarship to Bulgarian students who are admitted to top 20 US grad schools - this year, three girls are funded to go to MBA programs at Cornell, Duke, and Stanford. However, I cannot count on this funding only, because the financial climate is quite mercurial these days and this money (provided by private donors) may not be available in four years.

One more thing.I have been admitted to two top 10 law schools in the UK and I need to make a huge decision; either to go to UK to study law as an undergraduate, or to go to AUBG (which will be free, meaning that my parents can save money), and then go to an US law school.

Any advice will be strongly appreciated,
Thank you for your time,
Ivan
