@Mrduque, I was under the impression that Howard had changed their funding such that they can’t offer that anymore?
@“aunt bea” I just heard that they changed requirements but I didn’t know that, I have emailed admissions and they never respond.
Well, it seems like I’ll have to take it out from my list.
