International Studies at USF

I am deciding between attending USF and Towson University (Maryland).
USF offers me more scholarship money but my ultimate deciding factor would be the strength of its international studies program.

Would I be better off attending college near the DMV such as Towson?

mozzi00, compare the faculty… also, look at each institution’s study abroad opportunities–including their national scholarships office/dept.
