I’m a US Citizen in a different country about to enroll in college. US tuitions are 2-4x greater than the tuitions of the best universities here. So my family and I were thinking that if schools around the world (especially in NY) will most likely be online for an indefinite time it would be wiser in terms of money for me to study in this country then transfer in my 2nd year if COVID-19 is over by then. Is this a path anyone else is taking/ would it be even harder for me to get scholarships by then?
