International Transfers to MIT?

hi, i live in the US, but due to my status here, im considered an international student.
i'm currently a first-year at UC Berkeley as an engineering major.

i would like to try to transfer to MIT after my second year.
my grades are mostly A's and a few B's. (around 3.8 gpa).

do i have any chance as an international?
if my status changes to US resident, would i still have a chance?

also, even if i lived in the US for 7 years, would they take TOEFL scores instead of SAT 1 scores?
please let me know.

for this kind of question you better contact MIT admission office

well out of 302 applicants last year they accepted 5 only, it's better for you to save your money

MIT needs SAT?s plus I think 3 SAT IIs, mainly science and Math2 SAT IIs. Where are you originally from?
