International undergrad law students enrolled in a JD program?

I'm an American citizen and I'm studying law in India as an undergraduate course (BA LLB). I'm interested in going to law school in the US because I would eventually like to practice there as well. I've weighed my options between a LLM and a JD. I'm leaning towards the latter. I was wondering if there's anyone here who might have done an undergrad law course and is now doing a JD? It would be great to hear about your experience with applications, coursework etc.

I read somewhere that an LLM might be easier.
i’m planning on maybe going to an undergrad in one of the top 3 universities in south korea. I’m also very curious about the chances for being admitted to a t14 american law school after attending a university outside of the usa. (I’m a canadian citizen btw)
help?
